Natural Oceanview Hot Springs

Rich in sulfur and carbonate ions, skin-softening and tension-relieving. Every room has a private hot-and-cold sulfur pool. Perfect year-round: swim in summer, soak in winter. (Select rooms have ozone odor-control piping, so soaking leaves no sulfur smell.)

Booking Info
Check-in / Check-out

Check-in 15:00–17:00. If arriving after 17:00, please notify us by phone or LINE in advance. We will arrange your welcome; latest arrival 20:00. Check-out by 11:00. Hot spring pool hours: 07:00–11:00 and 15:00–00:00. Please do not fill or drain the pool outside these hours to avoid disturbing neighbouring guests. There is one key per room, please keep it with you; a lost or damaged key costs NT$500; when you leave, just put it on the front desk. Checking out late is NT$500 once you are more than 15 minutes over, and a full day's charge from 30 minutes to one hour. If something comes up, please call us first.

Meals & Breakfast

Meals and breakfast are served in the lobby dining area; please do not eat in the rooms or at doorways. Takeaway is available (no drinks) and must be booked one day ahead. Breakfast: when we are not full, 8:30 or 9:00; on busier days two sittings at 8:00 and 9:00, with the first ending by 8:45.

Cancellation Policy

Counted back from the check-in date, per the Tourism Administration standard contract. 14 or more days before arrival: full refund. Within 14 days: 10–13 days 70%, 7–9 days 50%, 4–6 days 40%, 2–3 days 30%, 1 day 20%, same-day cancellation or no-show: no refund. Bookings made through an OTA (Booking, Trip.com, etc.) follow that platform’s policy instead. For a typhoon, natural disaster or a death in the family we handle it flexibly outside these tiers; call us and speak to a member of staff.

Parking

Free parking provided. Drive all the way to the end of the entrance road, park next to the old parked car you'll see. That is our dedicated parking area. Single entry/exit for added security.

Payment Methods

Three ways to pay: by card during online booking (for instalments, a deposit first and the balance on site), bank transfer arranged over LINE (we send you an account number, this is not LINE Pay), or through an OTA platform (Booking, Trip.com, etc.). To pay with a National Tourism Card, message us on LINE @a0905656938; the online booking system does not support it, so a member of staff handles it for you. OTA bookings get none of our own offers and are not covered by our cancellation policy; cancel through the platform directly.

Housekeeping

No daily housekeeping; one clean for stays of 3+ nights. Towel swaps are for multi-night guests: bring the used ones to reception before 11:00 for a like-for-like swap; snacks and bin bags are available too. Hang wet towels on the bathroom rail to dry, not on wooden furniture or the bed, as the wood marks and mildew sets in. Rubbish goes in the general and recycling bins behind the lobby; spare toilet rolls and tissues are in the dresser or beside the fridge.

Dark Skies

No street lights inside the grounds and very little light pollution, so the stars are right above you; for total darkness, drive three minutes to Maobitou Park. Lights-out stargazing needs booking ahead.
The lobby lights go out at 21:30; you are welcome to stay on, just keep voices down, sound carries between rooms and across the meadow. The long table outside, the meadow and the outdoor seating are all yours.
Switch off lights and appliances in shared areas when you finish, and the air conditioning when you head out.

No Smoking

We are a non-smoking property: rooms, balconies, the lobby and every indoor space are all smoke-free. Smoking indoors or on a balcony, or leaving smoke odour in a room, means a NT$3,000 charge. The rooms here sit close together and smoke drifts next door, so thank you for helping us keep it that way.

National Park Rules

We are inside Kenting National Park: no collecting shells or coral rock, no fireworks, sky lanterns or light beams, no camping or fires outside the designated areas, and no feeding wildlife. Set by the National Park Act, to keep this coast and sky as they are.

Pet Policy (advance booking)

(Advance booking required.) Pets only in Meadow Quad A/B/C (ground floor); reserve and confirm the pet rules via LINE @a0905656938 before booking. NT$3,000 deposit, refunded after inspection. Keep pets leashed outdoors and clean up after them; indoors, pets must not get on beds or sofas, or enter the bathroom. Barking pets cannot enter the lobby, and breakfast may never be eaten at the room doorway. The owners’ own dog and cat live here too.

BBQ Area (advance booking)

(Advance booking required.) Reserve in advance with a NT$3,000 deposit, refunded after restore-to-original inspection. The BBQ area has two grills and corner power outlets; otherwise use eco-charcoal (Hengchun Farmers' Assoc.) and bring your own utensils and cleaning supplies, the venue is single-use-free. Self-brought electric cookware also needs booking and deposit. We do not provide a kitchen or cookware; a microwave in the lobby is free to use.

Extra Bed Policy (advance booking)

Each extra bed includes bedding and breakfast: NT$800 for under 12, NT$1,000 for ages 12 and up. Little ones under 90cm tall can share a bed with parents and do not need an extra bed; from 90cm an extra bed is needed. Max beds vary by room; the Miker series is a quiet timber space for guests aged 12 and up, and families with younger children are warmly welcome at the Comic wing. Extra beds must be booked in advance (no same-day). Please book for the actual number of guests. If the party size at check-in differs from the booking, we reserve the right to adjust the room type, charge the difference, or decline check-in.
